Security Is Part of the Delivery Model.
Sensitive work requires agreed safeguards, contractual authorization, and customer-approved access. We define engagement-specific safeguards through Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), as applicable, including requirements for Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). Support and modernization work begins with agreed access, development environments, and safeguards appropriate to the client’s systems and information. Contractual safeguards do not constitute certification or a guarantee of compliance.
Controlled work environments
Planned Phnom Penh facilities include restricted work areas, visitor procedures, and secure equipment management.
Managed devices and access
Planned safeguards include managed workstations, encryption, multifactor authentication, individual accounts, least privilege, and approved development environments.
People and engineering oversight
Security and confidentiality training will cover sensitive information, secure development, incident reporting, and responsible AI use before client access.
